Shortage and late delivery:Every effort is made to prevent product shortages and late deliveries. If we do fore-see a problem, customers will be notified by phone of any product shortages or delivery concerns whenever possible. Shortages will not be back ordered. You must re-order for the following week. Credit note policy:Please provide the following information when requesting credit. Calahoo Meats item number, product description (including brand name), invoice number, date and reason for credit. Request for credit on short shipped items, MUST be made at the time of delivery with your Calahoo Meats driver. Credit notes will not be issued for short shipped items after invoice has been signed. All post delivery credit requests (for reasons other than short shipments) MUST be made within 24 HOURS of delivery and be made directly to the inside sales desk. Product cannot be returned to warehouse without prior approval. Drivers are not authorized to write credit notes for previous deliveries. All product returned must be in saleable condition and in original packaging. Forward requests for dairy credits to the inside sales desk.
